Travelling the whole lineIreland to the Holy Land in one journey, or in segments
Seeing all seven in one trip takes about 3–4 weeks with planes, trains and ferries. Most pilgrims do it in segments:
| Segment | Sites | Suggested time |
|---|---|---|
| Atlantic | Skellig Michael → St Michael's Mount → Mont-Saint-Michel | 7–10 days (May–Sept, for Skellig) |
| Italy | Sacra di San Michele → Monte Sant'Angelo | 5–7 days |
| East | Panormitis (Symi) → Stella Maris (Haifa) | 5–7 days (check the travel advisory) |
⚠ Confirm before you go. Ferry and train timings here are approximate and seasonal. Skellig landings run only in summer and are weather-dependent. St Michael's Mount and Mont-Saint-Michel depend on the tides. Check each sanctuary page and the operators.
